Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with clinic objectives.
• Strengthen brand positioning within the aesthetics/health & wellness sector.
• Oversee content planning / social media management and storytelling across multiple channels.
• Manage and optimise social media platforms, ensuring engaging, consistent, and aspirational content.
• Collaborate with external PPC and SEO agencies to drive qualified leads and maximise ROI.
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics, using insights to refine campaigns.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, and offline touchpoints.
• Ensure all communications are compliant with industry guidelines and reflect the clinic’s premium brand ethos.
• Enhance the online customer journey through effective digital touchpoints.
• Support the development of referral, loyalty, and retention programs.
• Identify opportunities for collaborations, sponsorships, and brand partnerships.
• Coordinate events, open days, and promotional activities to increase visibility and engagement.
You Are:
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in marketing within aesthetics, wellness, healthcare, or luxury services.
• Strong background in digital marketing, including social media management, paid advertising, and SEO.
• Experience managing agencies and external stakeholders.
• Creative flair with an eye for premium branding and content.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills.
