She now leads on Sales and Commercial roles across beauty and personal care, working with everyone from exciting start-ups to established names - from Business Development and International Account Management through to senior leadership and C-suite. She's as invested in her candidates as her clients, building teams that work and careers that last, in an industry she loves.

Georgia brings eight years of recruitment experience across international markets in beauty and consumer goods, with a sharp understanding of how talent moves between regions and what it takes to build teams that perform across borders. She helps lead Refyne's North American division, partnering with brands as they scale across the US and beyond, placing senior commercial and leadership talent with the discretion and judgement these searches demand.

Genie founded Refyne to raise the standard of recruitment in Beauty. After years of headhunting across the industry, and building a reputation as someone who leaves no stone unturned. Genie set out to create the search partner she felt the sector was missing: one defined by genuine expertise, real discretion, and the judgement to get the most important hires right. Today she leads Refyne's most complex and confidential searches, from C-suite and international appointments to the leadership teams behind the industry's fastest-growing names.

Meet Evie

Evie has spent over a decade in beauty - beginning as a hairstylist, moving into sales with iconic houses including Dior, Guerlain and Chanel, and later into medical-grade skincare education with Obagi, Jan Marini and Jane Iredale. It was there she first met a recruiter, Genie, who sparked her move into the industry. She now leads Refyne's sales desk, placing talent from Business Development and Account Management through to Sales Directors and C-suite, with the rare advantage of having lived the roles she recruits for.

Thomas brings over a decade of experience in beauty to Refyne's North American division, built through senior commercial and leadership roles at global names including L'Oréal and Alfaparf. Having worked across both the operational and strategic sides of the industry, he understands brand growth from the inside - and the difference the right person makes to it. He partners with clients from Sales and Marketing leadership through to C-suite, with the judgment that comes from having sat on the other side of the table.

Meet Kia

Kia recruits across the full marketing spectrum - Paid Media, Social, Digital, E-commerce, Graphic Design and Trade, supporting beauty brands at every level. She joined Refyne after graduating with First-Class Honours in Fashion & Promotion from Manchester Metropolitan University, where she freelanced as a social media manager for some of the city's most exciting emerging brands. That hands-on background gives her a natural feel for social-led roles, and a sharp eye for the talent that makes them work.

In just over five years, Isabella has placed more than 100 people across the UK and North America -  a track record that speaks to both her reach and her judgement. Her career began in beauty with houses including Dior and Chanel, and as a qualified makeup artist, she understands the brands she recruits for from the inside, not just the roles on paper. She partners closely with beauty and aesthetics businesses through their fastest periods of growth, finding the people who can keep up.
