Responsibilities:
• Design and deploy an AI-driven Learning Management System (LMS) tailored to aesthetics and skincare education.
• Collaborate with HR, Training, Marketing, and Product Development teams to align learning content with brand goals.
• Integrate adaptive learning pathways that personalise content for learners based on role, region, and performance.
• Work with subject matter experts to digitise product knowledge, treatment protocols, and skin science training.
• Implement AI chatbots, virtual trainers, and simulations for hands-on learning experiences.
• Oversee the creation of interactive training modules, microlearning content, and certification programs.
• Use AI-driven analytics to measure learner engagement, knowledge retention, and training effectiveness.
• Optimise learning content and delivery based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on AI learning innovations, ensuring the platform remains industry-leading.
You Are:
• Proven experience in managing AI-driven learning platforms or digital learning solutions.
• Strong understanding of learning technology, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
• Familiarity with the aesthetics, skincare, or beauty industry (B2B and/or B2C).
• Proficiency in LMS administration and integration with AI tools (chatbots, recommendation engines, adaptive learning systems).
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
