As they expand into new global markets and continue scaling their direct-to-consumer presence, they’re looking for a creative, ambitious marketing all-rounder who’s excited to grow with a fast-moving team.
The Role
This opportunity is about much more than just managing social media — it’s about shaping how the brand is seen globally.
You’ll take full ownership of the digital presence: telling the brand’s story across platforms, growing the community, and ensuring the website and digital marketing reflect the same care and quality as the products themselves.
Working closely with the founder and wider team, you’ll play a key role in product launches, retail growth, and campaigns that build confidence and connection with consumers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Lead social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) with creative, video-led content
Develop and manage influencer campaigns, new product launches, and seasonal promotions
Manage and update website content, products, and improve the customer journey
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (experience with Klaviyo is a bonus)
Create marketing materials to support both consumer-facing and retail partnership initiatives
About You
1–3 years’ experience in social media, marketing, or e-commerce
A creative mindset with strong copywriting and storytelling abilities
Passionate about beauty, haircare, and wellness
Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to grow with a brand on the rise
Comfortable working independently while thriving in a collaborative, close-knit team
