We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, culture-led beauty and lifestyle brand known for bold storytelling, high-impact creative, and community-first campaigns. Our client is looking for an Associate Creative Director to serve as a key creative leader, supporting the Creative Director in evolving and scaling the brand’s visual identity across all channels.
This role is ideal for a hands-on creative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment and is passionate about mentoring talent, driving cultural relevance, and maintaining best-in-class craft.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day workflow of the in-house creative team, including art direction, digital, motion, photography, and video
Act as a proxy for the Creative Director in reviews, approvals, and cross-team meetings
Mentor and develop emerging creative talent while maintaining high standards of execution
Ensure brand consistency and evolution across all touchpoints—social, digital, retail, campaigns, events, and influencer activations
Lead creative strategy and execution for campaigns, always-on content, and quick-turn projects
Partner with copy, strategy, and operations teams to align creative output with brand voice and business objectives
Guide production and post-production processes across motion, video, and digital assets, ensuring optimization for all platforms
Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Product teams to translate strategic goals into clear, compelling creative briefs
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have:
8–10+ years of creative experience, preferably with agency roots; beauty, fashion, or lifestyle experience a plus
Proven leadership managing multidisciplinary creative teams in fast-paced environments
A portfolio showcasing concept-driven, high-craft work across campaigns, digital, and social
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels
Strong foundation in art direction/design and fluency in motion, photography, and copy collaboration
Tools & Platforms:
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects)
Figma
Asana or similar project management tools
DAM systems (e.g., Bynder, Brandfolder)
Digital-first workflows for social and video content production
