Responsibilities:
• Build and deliver robust trade marketing plans for the UK and our international partners.
• Partner with the Commercial Team to develop and execute fully integrated 360° campaigns that bring brand and purpose to life.
• Own execution - ensuring every plan is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
• Lead agency and freelancer relationships, managing briefs, quality, and timelines with confidence.
• Act as a brand ambassador at internal and external meetings, presenting plans and results with clarity and passion.
• Drive commercial impact, working closely with the Marketing and Commercial Directors to identify new opportunities, optimise ROI, and recommend future activations.
• Build relationships with key partners, distributors, salons, and brands - ensuring they stand out at every touchpoint.
• Safeguard the brand by ensuring consistency of tone, identity, and values across all trade communications and materials.
• Develop and manage a suite of trade marketing toolkits and sales enablement assets for internal and partner use.
• Plan and deliver events (UK and global) — from concept through execution - ensuring brand consistency and measurable outcomes.
• Analyse performance and report on results, turning insight into actionable recommendations for ongoing improvement.

• Proven experience in trade marketing - ideally within beauty.
• A super-commercial mindset, with the ability to balance creativity and ROI.
• A strong communicator and relationship builder, confident influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Hands-on and proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean SME environment where everyone wears many hats.
• A creative marketer who can translate brand values into powerful trade activations.
• A strategic thinker with excellent project management skills - organised, structured, and delivery-focused.
• Experience managing partners, distributors, or key accounts and working cross-functionally with commercial and digital teams.
• Comfortable managing agencies and freelancers, with high standards and a focus on quality delivery.
• Ideally, 3+ years in marketing or trade marketing, with exposure to both brand and commercial environments.
