Overview: I am working with a Viral Wellness / Beauty Brand that can be found exclusively in UK & US retailers online & instore. They have over 1million outstanding reviews on Socials & are making waves within the industry.

Responsibilities:

•    Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy that aligns with the brands tone of voice, and growth objectives.
•    Own the TikTok strategy, identifying trends, formats, and content opportunities to maximise organic reach and engagement.
•    Plan and maintain a social content calendar across all platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, Threads, etc.).
•    Identify strategic opportunities to tap into viral trends and brand-relevant moments in real-time.
•    Lead and/or collaborate on the creation of short-form video content (filming, editing, scripting, etc.), working with internal teams, content creators, or freelancers.
•    Ensure brand consistency and storytelling across all assets and platforms.
•    Work closely with influencers, UGC creators, and ambassadors to source content and co-create campaigns.
•    Drive organic follower growth, engagement rates, and reach through compelling content and strategic publishing.
•    Monitor KPIs across all platforms, generate performance reports, and use data to iterate on content and campaigns.
•    Stay ahead of algorithm changes, social trends, and best practices.
•    Work closely with the marketing, creative, and product teams to align social media with product launches, brand campaigns, and key business priorities.


Skills:

•    Proven experience in a social media role, ideally within beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
•    Deep understanding of TikTok as a content platform -  what works, what doesn’t, and how to grow organically.
•    Strong video editing skills and comfort in front of / behind the camera for short-form content.
•    Ability to balance creativity with strategy and data-driven decision-making.
•    A natural storyteller with a strong grasp of tone of voice, cultural trends, and brand identity.
•    Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or other video editing apps/platforms.
