Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Marketing Planning: Lead the creation and execution of global brand strategies, developing marketing calendars that drive long-term growth and elevate brand recognition.
Campaign Leadership: Translate the brand’s vision into impactful campaigns that resonate with both professional stylists and consumers across various touchpoints.
Product Launch Strategy: Collaborate with Product Marketing teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for new product innovations.
Creative Oversight: Guide the creative process from brief to final asset development, ensuring all materials reflect the brand’s unique voice and vibrant identity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure seamless global activation by working closely with teams across Product, Creative, Consumer Engagement, Trade, eCommerce, and Professional Marketing.
Market Insight & Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry shifts, and competitive landscapes to bring fresh, actionable insights to the team.
Performance Analysis: Lead post-launch analysis to assess campaign impact, translating findings into actionable next steps for continuous brand performance improvement.

Candidate Profile:
8-10+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in beauty or haircare.
Proven experience leading cross-functional campaigns with notable recognition or awards.
Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and develop a team.
In-depth knowledge of the beauty, haircare, and digital marketing landscape, including trends and consumer behavior.
Expertise in brand storytelling, campaign development, and turning insights into actionable creative strategies.
Excellent strategic, analytical, and creative thinking capabilities.
