Overview
We are working with a fast-growing, highly viral consumer brand to hire a Junior Ecommerce Manager. This role is ideal for someone with strong paid social foundations who is looking to develop their career within a high-growth ecommerce environment.
You will support all paid social activity, assist with ecommerce performance optimisation, and work closely with the Senior Ecommerce Growth Lead across day-to-day trading, growth initiatives, and wider ecommerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media & Performance Support
Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid social advertising across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and other relevant channels
Assist with campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing, and budget pacing
Monitor performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate) and report insights
Support performance analysis and identify opportunities for scaling and optimisation
Ecommerce Trading & Growth
Assist with day-to-day ecommerce trading activity across the website
Support promotional planning, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
Help optimise onsite conversion rate, merchandising, and customer journey
Support revenue growth initiatives and trading strategies
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Track ecommerce KPIs and help translate data into actionable insights
Support forecasting and performance reviews
Cross-Functional Support
Work closely with creative, social, and content teams to support paid activity
Support wider ecommerce projects led by the Senior Ecommerce Growth Lead
Assist with any additional responsibilities that come with running and scaling a high-growth ecommerce brand
About You
Essential
1–3 years’ experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or paid social
Hands-on experience supporting paid social campaigns (Meta experience essential)
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
A strong interest in ecommerce, performance marketing, and brand growth
Desirable
Experience within a DTC or consumer brand
Exposure to TikTok Ads or other emerging paid platforms
Experience working with Shopify or similar ecommerce tools
Passion for beauty, wellness, or viral consumer brands
