Overview: I am working with a founder led beauty brand built around empowering people to feel confident in their natural skin and features through high-quality, ethical, vegan and cruelty-free products.
Responsibilities:
• Act as one of the on-camera faces of the brand on TikTok, creating engaging, authentic content.
• Own the end-to-end TikTok channel, from ideation to posting and performance monitoring.
• Create and publish high-volume content across key pillars such as education, entertainment, trends and product storytelling.
• Stay ahead of TikTok trends, sounds and formats, translating them into brand-aligned, high-performing content.
• Lead creative direction for TikTok content, including planning shoots and experimenting with new formats.
• Collaborate closely with wider teams to ensure messaging remains consistent and aligned with brand goals.
• Continuously test, learn and iterate to improve engagement, reach and conversion.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop and back-end optimisation.

• Deep, instinctive understanding of TikTok culture, trends and behaviour — you live and breathe the platform both personally and professionally.
• Strong on-camera presence with confidence creating front-facing content.
• Proven experience in content creation, ideally within beauty, lifestyle or consumer brands.
• Ability to take ownership of a channel and drive creative output with minimal direction.
