Digital Content Executive

We’re working with one of the UK’s fastest-growing beauty retailers, serving beauty lovers since 2014 with everything from premium haircare to luxury fragrances.

We are looking for a driven and creative Digital Content Executive to join their fast-paced, dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and passionate about creating engaging online experiences. You’ll play a key part in shaping the company’s digital presence, managing marketing assets, and ensuring all website content and campaigns reflect the brand’s premium positioning.
 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Take ownership of on-site marketing activity – launching banners on time, keeping website content fresh, and optimising assets for a seamless user experience.
•    Manage the look and feel of product pages (PDPs), ensuring consistent, high-quality imagery. Coordinate product imagery for weekly product uploads, maintaining brand standards.
•    Liaise with suppliers to gather marketing materials, images, and digital assets that align with the brand’s identity.
•    Write, edit, and approve engaging, on-brand copy that is clear, compelling, and SEO-friendly.
•    Collaborate with merchandising, buying, and marketing teams to ensure digital content supports key campaigns, promotions, and trading periods.
•    Partner with the graphic designer to develop innovative digital campaigns, contributing ideas that push the brand’s creative direction forward.
•    Keep ahead of industry and digital marketing trends, identifying opportunities to improve content strategy and customer engagement.

Essential Skills & Requirements:
•    2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, content management, or a similar role – ideally within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
•    Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
•    Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•    Confident communicator, skilled at working with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
•    Creative thinker with the ability to bring ideas to life, independently or following a brief.
•    Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
•    Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
