This is a pivotal role in driving the brand’s growth through data-led, results-driven paid marketing strategies across Paid Social, CRM, and PPC channels. You’ll be joining a mission-led organisation with award-winning, consumer-loved brands sold across mass, specialty, and online retail channels.
About the Role
As Performance Marketing Lead, you will define and execute the brand’s performance marketing strategy across Paid Social, CRM, and PPC, ensuring campaigns deliver against ambitious growth and ROI targets. You’ll take ownership of channel performance, manage budgets, and optimise campaigns to continually exceed KPIs.
Partnering closely with internal teams and external agencies, you’ll lead strategic decision-making, manage cross-channel initiatives, and ensure the brand stays ahead of industry trends. You will also oversee email marketing strategy, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates, and provide actionable insights from performance data to shape future marketing activity.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Strategy: Define and deliver a multi-channel performance marketing strategy across Paid Social, CRM, and PPC, aligned with overall business objectives.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok (including TikTok Shop), and PPC platforms.
Budget Ownership: Manage and forecast budgets, making real-time adjustments to maximise ROI.
Email Marketing Leadership: Own and develop the email marketing strategy, using a test-and-learn approach to improve engagement and conversion.
Agency & Partner Management: Manage relationships with external agencies (Google, Meta, TikTok) and collaborate with the affiliate team to support influencer and publisher partnerships.
Performance Analysis: Track, analyse, and report weekly and monthly on campaign results, using insights to inform ongoing optimisation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other paid channel owners and teams to align on strategic decisions and ensure a unified approach.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use web performance metrics and customer insight data to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone who brings:
5+ years’ experience in performance marketing, with proven success across Paid Social, CRM, and PPC.
Demonstrable track record in delivering campaigns that achieve and exceed key KPIs.
Strong understanding of platform best practices, algorithms, and performance analysis tools.
Experience managing budgets and making data-driven optimisation decisions.
Excellent communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams and agencies.
A proactive, commercially minded approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for beauty, digital marketing, and delivering measurable results.
