We are delighted to be partnering with our fantastic client, an innovative and fast-growing leader in the beauty space, to recruit a Senior Paid Media Executive to join their dynamic Marketing team.

With products sold in over 100 countries and stocked by leading high-street and online retailers, this brand has a loyal global customer base and is recognised for delivering trend-led, high-quality beauty products that inspire and empower. This is a key role in accelerating paid media performance, driving high-impact campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and beyond to engage audiences, grow sales, and keep the brand at the forefront of the beauty industry.

About the Role
As Senior Paid Media Executive, you will oversee the day-to-day management of paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok, reporting on performance, refreshing creative assets, and keeping a close eye on competitor and industry trends.

You’ll work closely with the creative, influencer, affiliate, and organic social teams to deliver coordinated, high-performing content that maximises ROI. You will also play a key role in campaign testing, strategy development, and audience targeting, while supporting on exciting brand initiatives such as loyalty schemes and integrated marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimise paid social campaigns across TikTok and Meta, including A/B testing and strategic growth planning.

Content Boosting: Collaborate with the organic social team to boost content across Instagram, TikTok, and TikTok Lives, driving reach and engagement.

Creative Collaboration: Partner with the creative team to ensure campaign assets are current, on-brand, and optimised for performance.

Competitor Analysis: Track competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth across paid media platforms.

Cross-Channel Coordination: Work with the wider marketing team to repurpose content, with a strong focus on influencer and affiliate Spark Ads.

Audience Targeting: Maintain and update customer targeting and audience lists within Klaviyo, supporting email marketing campaigns and calendar planning.

Project Involvement: Contribute to wider brand projects such as loyalty programme launches and integrated marketing campaigns.

Affiliate Support: Support affiliate activity across Impact and Awin, onboarding new creators and monitoring channel performance.

Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone who brings:

Around 2 years’ experience in a paid social media role, ideally within beauty, fashion, or e-commerce.

A genuine passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and adapt to new platforms.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams within a marketing function.

A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to spot optimisation opportunities.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
