About Our Client
Our client is a growing beauty and wellness brand expanding its presence across the Middle East. As they scale their retail and distribution footprint, they're looking for a Senior National Account Manager to own and grow key retail relationships across the region.
The Opportunity
The Senior National Account Manager will take ownership of the brand's largest national accounts, driving revenue growth, strengthening retail partnerships and delivering joint business plans, while working closely with Marketing, Supply Chain and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of key national retail accounts across the region
- Build and deliver annual joint business plans with strategic retail partners
- Lead pricing, promotional planning and range negotiations with buyers
- Track sales performance, forecast demand and report on account performance to leadership
- Partner with Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure launches, promotions and stock availability are aligned
- Identify new distribution and revenue opportunities within existing accounts
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform account strategy
Ideal Background
- Proven experience in national or key account management, ideally within beauty, personal care or FMCG
- Strong track record of managing major retail relationships and negotiating with senior buyers
- Experience building joint business plans and delivering against revenue targets
- Experience operating in the Middle East market advantageous
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset, comfortable in a fast paced, high growth environment
