With a footprint in over 130 countries and a legacy of category-leading brands, this is your opportunity to manage two of the UK’s most high-profile retail accounts: Boots and Superdrug.

We're seeking a Senior National Account Manager to lead the commercial strategy and execution for these key customers, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and strong brand representation across the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Ownership: Take full responsibility for the Boots and Superdrug accounts, acting as the primary contact and ensuring strategic alignment across both channels.

Commercial Strategy: Build and deliver robust account plans, including annual joint business plans (JBPs), sales forecasting, promotional planning, and budget management.

P&L Ownership: Manage full account P&L, ensuring profitability targets are met through effective pricing, trade spend, and mix management.

Retailer Engagement: Develop strong, collaborative relationships with buyers and stakeholders at Boots and Superdrug to unlock opportunities and secure market-leading visibility.

Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and category teams to ensure flawless execution and alignment with brand objectives.

Promotional Strategy: Drive impactful and ROI-positive promotional plans, ensuring competitiveness while protecting brand equity.

Category & Shopper Insight: Use data and insights to influence the retailer agenda and identify gaps, opportunities, and strategic priorities.

Forecasting & Planning: Lead forecasting accuracy for both accounts, ensuring alignment between retailer requirements and internal operations.

New Product Launches: Plan and execute successful launches with maximum impact, managing listings, distribution, and in-store activation.

Performance Analysis: Track account performance against key KPIs – sales, share, margin – and develop action plans as needed.

Negotiation Leadership: Own and lead high-level commercial negotiations, ensuring outcomes align with business objectives.

What You Bring
Significant experience in national account management within FMCG, preferably beauty or personal care

Demonstrable experience managing Boots and/or Superdrug accounts

Strong commercial acumen with full P&L accountability

Excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action

Track record of delivering growth through JBP development and execution

Collaborative and cross-functional working style

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics tools

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
