We are supporting a market leader in medical devices and aesthetics, known for driving innovation, technology, and growth across the UK. With a diverse product portfolio and a strong customer base, this is a unique opportunity to drive commercial success and build lasting partnerships with clinics and practitioners in one of the most dynamic regions.

We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate sales growth, expand market presence, and strengthen client relationships. You’ll play a key role in driving adoption of advanced medical devices and ensuring long-term commercial success through strategic account development and new business generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management:
  • Build, manage, and enhance relationships with clinics and partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and sales strategy.New Business Development:
  • Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities across South East and London to accelerate growth.

Strategic Account Growth:
Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key clients, including sales targets, investment levels, marketing initiatives, and training support.

Sales Execution:
Deliver against monthly KPIs and sales targets through consultative selling, solution-based product presentations, and tailored business support.

Commercial Delivery:
Maximise account profitability through effective pricing, ROI-focused promotional activity, and strategic negotiations.

Market Insights:
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and industry innovation to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Training & Education:
Support clients with product knowledge, device training, and sales tools to drive adoption and confidence.

Event Management:
Plan and execute successful product launches, training workshops, and local events to strengthen brand presence and engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to share client feedback, improve processes, and support wider business strategy.

Territory Development:
Proactively identify opportunities to grow market share, expand into new accounts, and strengthen presence across the region.

What You Bring:

Proven experience in medical device sales or business development

Strong commercial acumen with consultative sales expertise

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to different client needs and personalities

Results-driven with a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Proficiency in delivering presentations both in-person and via digital platforms

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
