About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic International Account Manager to support our growing commercial sales efforts across European markets. In this role, you will work closely with our distributor partners and international retail clients to drive sales growth, strengthen brand presence, and identify new opportunities for our premium fragrance and beauty portfolio.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in international sales within the beauty, fragrance, or luxury goods sectors, coupled with experience in managing multiple brands and substantial revenue streams across diverse European markets.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Market Development
- Partner with distributors and key retail chains to increase brand visibility and sell-out performance.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess brand execution, stock levels, and promotional effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with local teams and in-store beauty advisors through training, incentives, and regular communication.
- Develop and execute localized action plans, promotional strategies, and events tailored to each market.
- Identify new business development and distribution opportunities.
Reporting & Administrative
- Provide day-to-day support to the Export Sales Director on key commercial tasks.
- Track purchase plans, validate orders, and monitor stock and pricing performance.
- Analyze forecasts and challenge client inputs to ensure robust budget estimations.
- Produce internal reports on market launches, promotional activations, and sales performance by brand and region.
- Coordinate closely with marketing teams to align on media, PR, and in-store activations.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international/export sales within the beauty or luxury goods industry.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial targets and driving growth across European territories.
Skills & Attributes
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French or another European language is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%.
