Our client is seeking a commercially focused Data Analyst to turn data into actionable insights across e-commerce, retail, marketing, and supply chain functions.

The ideal candidate will have a solid grounding in data analytics, with the ability to interpret trends, deliver clear reporting, and collaborate across departments to support the brand’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse data across DTC (direct-to-consumer), retail, and e-commerce platforms to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities
- Support key departments—such as marketing, sales, and operations—with insightful reporting and data visualisation
- Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs across digital performance, customer acquisition, retention, and product sell-through
- Translate complex datasets into clear, concise insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Assist in forecasting, inventory planning, and promotional analysis
- Monitor customer behaviour and segmentation to support targeted marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the finance team on budget tracking and ROI analysis
- Ensure data integrity and recommend best practices for data hygiene and governance
Candidate Profile:
- The ideal candidate will have:
- 2–4 years’ experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role—experience in the beauty, fashion, or consumer goods industry is a plus
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights
- A solid understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing metrics (conversion rates, ROAS, CAC, LTV, etc.)
- Experience working with customer data, CRM platforms, and online sales reports
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- A genuine interest in the beauty, wellness, or tanning industry
