We are delighted to be partnering with our fantastic client - an innovative and fast-growing leader in the beauty and personal care space to recruit a Demand Planner to join their Global Operations team.

This is a key role in ensuring demand accuracy and end-to-end product availability across top retailers and international markets. You’ll be joining a mission-driven organisation with award-winning, consumer-loved brands sold across mass, specialty and online retail channels.

About the Role


As a Demand Planner, you will play a vital part in building, analysing, and optimising demand forecasts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support successful product launches, promotional activity and global inventory health. You'll support the international S&OP process and bring data-driven insights to inform supply and commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities


Forecasting: Assist in the creation, tracking and analysis of demand forecasts for new and existing products

Promotional Planning: Support pre-promotion forecasting and post-promotion analysis to measure effectiveness

NPD Launch Planning: Collaborate with NPD and commercial teams to ensure timely and accurate planning for innovation launches; lead international innovation planning initiatives

Forecast Accuracy Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly reports on forecast accuracy, MAPE, BIAS and sales trends

Data Analysis: Analyse POS data and market trends to identify demand risks and opportunities

Excess & Obsoletes Management: Lead monthly reporting on excess and obsolete inventory for the international business; work cross-functionally to find commercial solutions

S&OP Participation: Contribute actively to monthly S&OP meetings and planning processes across departments

Candidate Profile


We’re looking for someone who brings:

3–5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply chain roles, ideally within CPG or beauty/personal care

Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency

Experience using Power BI or similar tools for data visualisation and reporting

Exposure to demand planning or forecasting systems

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with excellent organisational skills

A genuine interest in the beauty industry and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
