We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales and Account Manager to join our client's growing team in the health and beauty sector, with a strong focus on both domestic and international markets. This role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth across the UK while also expanding our footprint with retailers and distributors globally. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in health and beauty sales, outstanding client relationship management skills, and proven success managing international accounts or cross-border partnerships is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full sales cycle across the UK and international markets: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key domestic and global accounts, including retailers, distributors and online platforms.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the brand's presence across multiple markets, identifying new opportunities regionally and internationally.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders including buyers, category managers and international partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, operations) to ensure seamless support for domestic and international launches and market-specific initiatives.
- Create tailored sales proposals, pricing structures, and partnership models suited for different regional markets.
- Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decision-making.
- Represent the company at major UK and international trade shows, exhibitions, and client events.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM updates for both domestic and international activity.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven sales and account management experience within the health, beauty, personal care, or wellness industries.
- Demonstrable success managing key accounts and growing sales both in the UK and internationally.
- Strong network of contacts within health and beauty retailers, e-commerce platforms, distributors, and/or salons/spas across multiple markets.
- In-depth understanding of global health and beauty market dynamics, including regional consumer trends and regulatory considerations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised, self-driven, and adaptable to different market environments.
- Comfortable working across different time zones and navigating varied commercial practices.
- Proficient with CRM systems and data-driven sales approaches.
- Additional language skills are a plus, but not required.
