As part of an exciting new phase of expansion, they're looking to appoint a Senior New Business & Brand Partnerships Manager to help shape the future of their brand portfolio.
Overview
This is a newly created commercial role offering genuine ownership and visibility.
Working closely with the Commercial Director, you'll identify emerging beauty brands, evaluate commercial opportunities and build strategic partnerships that drive long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Discovery & New Business
- Identify and evaluate emerging beauty and wellness brands.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective partners.
- Support retailer innovation programmes and new business initiatives.
- Lead commercial evaluations and onboarding of new brands.
- Attend trade shows, networking events and industry conferences.
Commercial Strategy
- Analyse market trends, retailer performance and consumer insights.
- Develop compelling commercial business cases and recommendations.
- Identify growth opportunities across the beauty landscape.
- Present opportunities to senior stakeholders.
Industry Partnerships
- Build strong relationships with retailers, founders and industry partners.
- Represent the business across key industry events.
- Strengthen partnerships across major UK retailers and eCommerce channels.
- Champion the business through networking and thought leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Commercial, Marketing and Operations teams.
- Support portfolio strategy and future brand growth.
- Contribute ideas that strengthen commercial performance.
Qualifications
5+ years' commercial experience within Beauty, FMCG or Retail.
Experience working with major UK retailers such as Boots, Superdrug, Amazon or similar.
Strong commercial analysis and strategic thinking skills.
Proven ability to build senior stakeholder relationships.
