About Our Client
Our client is a growing beauty and wellness brand expanding its presence across the Middle East. As they scale their retail and distribution footprint, they're looking for an experienced Category Manager to lead category strategy across the region.
The Opportunity
The Category Manager will own category strategy and performance across the brand's product range in the region, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to drive growth, optimise range and pricing, and strengthen retail partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own category strategy, range planning, and pricing across the region
- Analyse sales and market data to identify growth opportunities and optimise category performance
- Build and manage relationships with key retail partners and distributors
- Lead promotional planning and category reviews with retail partners
- Partner with Supply Chain to ensure product availability aligns with demand
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform category strategy
- Present category performance and recommendations to senior leadership
Ideal Background
- Proven experience in category management, ideally within beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into category strategy
- Experience managing retail partner and distributor relationships
- Experience operating in the Middle East market advantageous
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high growth environment
