Operating within a fast-paced and commercially driven environment, the company partners with a diverse network of professional accounts, delivering market-leading products, exceptional customer support, and best-in-class training. Following continued growth and investment, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team with the appointment of an ambitious Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition across an assigned territory, identifying and converting high-potential accounts
- Develop and grow existing customer relationships, increasing revenue and account performance
- Deliver business reviews, commercial planning, and tailored growth strategies for customers
- Provide product education, training, and ongoing support to maximise customer success
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and customer activations to increase brand awareness and generate leads
- Monitor market activity, competitor trends, and customer feedback to identify commercial opportunities
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and territory growth objectives
- Collaborate closely with marketing, customer service, and leadership teams to support wider business goals
You Are
- 2+ years' experience in a field-based sales, business development, or account management role
- Experience within personal care, beauty, haircare, aesthetics, wellness, FMCG, or a related sector is highly desirable
- A proven track record of delivering against sales targets and driving business growth
- Commercially minded, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable managing a territory and balancing new business with account development
- Confident delivering presentations, training sessions, and customer meetings
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about customer experience and building long-term partnerships
