Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across Central London.
This is a commercially focused role responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering against ambitious sales targets. You will play a key role in shaping the growth strategy, working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
This position suits someone who thrives in a target-driven environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a strong understanding of the aesthetics or medical beauty landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and secure new business opportunities across clinics, practitioners, and key accounts
Drive sales performance against agreed targets and KPIs
Develop and execute territory plans to maximise growth and market penetration
Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities
Client Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Deliver product demonstrations, consultations, and ongoing support
Act as a trusted partner, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Market & Commercial Strategy
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities
Provide feedback to internal teams to support product development and strategy
Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and training sessions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Clinical, and Training teams to support client success
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
Contribute to wider business initiatives and growth strategies
Performance & Reporting
Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts
Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
Identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a Business Development, Sales, or Account Management role
Experience within aesthetics, medical devices, skincare, or beauty is highly advantageous
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
