Overview
We are seeking a Business Counter Manager to lead retail performance and client experience within a prestigious luxury retail environment.

This role combines commercial leadership, luxury service, and team development, ensuring the counter operates as a high-performing retail destination. The successful candidate will act as the face of the brand in-store, building meaningful client relationships, driving sales performance, and maintaining exceptional visual and service standards.

Working closely with retail partners and internal brand teams, this role will play a key part in establishing the counter as a destination for premium beauty and expert artistry.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Commercial Performance
• Drive counter performance through achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPI’s.
• Take full ownership of the counter as a business, managing daily operations and retail standards.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales through client development, in-store initiatives, and retail events.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to maximise sell-through.

Luxury Client Experience
• Deliver highly personalised consultations tailored to each client.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and clienteling.
• Provide expert product recommendations and application advice.

Team Leadership & Development
• Lead, inspire, and develop the counter team to deliver exceptional service.
• Provide coaching, product education, and ongoing training to maintain the highest standards.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture.

Brand Representation & Retail Excellence
• Act as a brand ambassador, communicating the brand’s values and product expertise.
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and counter presentation in line with luxury retail standards.
• Partner with store leadership to support product launches, events, and promotional activity.

Qualifications
• Experience within luxury beauty, prestige cosmetics, or premium retail environments.
• Proven success in a management or senior counter role.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Passion for beauty, artistry, and delivering high-touch client experiences.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Ability to work retail hours including weekends when required.
• A proactive mindset with strong ownership of counter performance.
