Overview
We are seeking a National Sales Manager to drive retail performance and brand growth across the UK. This role will focus on managing key retail relationships, supporting in-store activation, and ensuring strong sales performance across a network of premium beauty accounts.
Working closely with internal commercial teams and retail partners, the successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening brand presence, delivering exceptional retail experiences, and driving sustainable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Commercial Performance
• Drive retail sales growth across a national network of accounts.
• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to increase sell-through.
• Support delivery of commercial targets and business growth initiatives.
Retail Partnership Management
• Build strong relationships with store teams and retail stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and retail execution.
• Support successful implementation of product launches and promotions.
Brand Experience & Activation
• Deliver engaging product experiences and demonstrations in-store.
• Support retail events, promotions, and consumer engagement activities.
• Ensure brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines are consistently maintained.
Reporting & Operations
• Track sales performance and share insights with internal teams.
• Maintain strong operational standards across merchandising, stock levels, and displays.
• Manage reporting and administrative tasks to support commercial planning.
Qualifications
• Experience within premium beauty, skincare, wellness, or personal care retail.
• Proven ability to drive sales performance in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Commercial mindset with an ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Proficiency in standard business tools including Excel and presentation platforms.
Additional Requirements
• Ability to travel nationally across the UK.
• Flexibility to support weekend or evening retail events when required.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
