The brand is backed by dermatological research, clinical testing, and high tolerance standards. With a global presence in over 130 countries, they are trusted by dermatologists and healthcare professionals worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand strategies to drive growth and market share, including annual calendar of events, educational activities and support for sales team

• Work closely with the Head of Sales and the Executive Director to set and track sales targets

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities

• Work closely with the supplier and act as the main point of contact

• Work closely with our faculty and develop strong relationships with them as well as leading expert groups to ensure brand consistency

• Develop a communication plan and promotional materials for both HCPs and Patients to deliver the brand message, including working closely with external agencies and partners

• Develop and lead the brand strategy for educational programs to drive strong engagement with HCPs, both directly or through external training academies

• Continuously evaluate the training's and educational activities' impact and quality, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes

• Work closely with corporate accounts, including pharmacy resellers and clinic chains, ensuring successful execution of the brand

• Ensure compliance with the regulations

• Define and refine brand positioning, target consumer segments, and audience objectives to ensure consistent and impactful brand direction.• Shape and manage a robust portfolio strategy, ensuring relevance, differentiation, and alignment with consumer needs.

• Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and retailer dynamics to inform brand and commercial strategies.

• Drive brand performance by delivering on key KPIs including market share, profitability, and equity growth.

• Own and execute brand communications across all agreed channels (digital, in-store, POS, etc.), ensuring consistency with both global and local brand guidelines.

• PR Agency day-to-day support.

• Manage Marketing Budget on a day-to-day basis + present in Brand budget control meetings

You Are:

• Experienced in setting out the strategy of various projects – large and small

• Project Management respecting strict deadline and gathering different suppliers to coordinate.

• Strong analytical skills & being detail-oriented (ability to collect, organize and analyse large sets of data)

• Communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent quality of written and spoken English

• Leadership & Motivational skills.
