Responsibilities


Own and oversee the Go-To-Market (GTM) Calendar, ensuring structured and  
strategic product launches, promotional campaigns, and retail execution.  
• Lead the development and execution of a multi-channel marketing strategy to  
increase brand awareness, drive sales, and maximise ROI.  
• Create compelling trade marketing strategies, including in-store activations,  
POS materials, and retail partnerships to drive sell-through.  
• Oversee the design and distribution of POS packs for international distributors,  
ensuring seamless implementation and brand consistency across markets.  
• Build and manage PR and influencer campaigns, securing media coverage and  
strategic partnerships with creators, journalists, and bloggers.  
• Take a data-driven approach to marketing by setting KPIs, tracking performance,  
and continuously optimising based on insights.  
• Line-manage and mentor the Social Media Manager, ensuring digital and social  
campaigns are fully aligned with brand strategy.  
• Identify, test, and scale new growth strategies, staying ahead of industry trends  
and competitor activity.  
• Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring maximum impact from every  
investment.  
• Build, lead, and scale the marketing team as the business continues to grow. 


You Are:  


6+ years of proven marketing experience, ideally in the fragrance, beauty, or  
FMCG sectors.  
• Strong track record in leading marketing strategy and execution, with  
demonstrable business impact.  
• Solid understanding of retail, e-commerce, and distributor-led marketing, with  
the ability to tailor strategies to different markets.  
• Experience managing PR campaigns and influencer partnerships that drive  
measurable results.  
• Proven experience owning and managing marketing budgets to maximise ROI.  
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with expertise in performance tracking,  
customer insights, and KPI optimisation.  
• Experienced leader with a track record of line management and building high 
performing teams.  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to  
influence at all levels.  
• Proficiency in digital marketing, paid media, and social media strategy is a strong  
advantage.  
• International marketing experience and an understanding of regional nuances is  
highly desirable.
