Overview
We’re hiring an Account Manager to join a fast-growing, founder-led creator and commerce agency working with beauty and wellness brands selling through TikTok Shop.
You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, owning day-to-day relationships, overseeing creator and TikTok Shop activity, and ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly and perform against commercial goals. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role, ideal for someone who thrives in agency environments and enjoys being close to both strategy and execution.
The role is remote-first, with a requirement to travel to London occasionally (up to 4 times per month).
Key Responsibilities
Client Account Management

Own and lead day-to-day client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and trusted partner

Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident in campaign delivery and performance
TikTok Shop & Campaign Execution

Oversee TikTok Shop activity for beauty and wellness clients, ensuring campaigns are delivered smoothly and on time

Translate client objectives into clear, actionable plans that drive revenue and growth
Creator & Influencer Management

Work closely with creators and influencers, managing briefs, timelines, and deliverables

Support the development and coordination of a growing creator network aligned to client goals
Operations & Delivery

Manage day-to-day operational tasks across accounts, coordinating with virtual assistants and wider support resources

Bring structure, organisation, and consistency to account delivery in a fast-moving environment
Data, Reporting & Performance

Analyse performance data across revenue, creators, and campaigns

Draw insights and make recommendations to optimise results and ensure client KPIs are met
Agency Growth & Development (Senior Level)

Support the founder with improving processes, building scalable ways of working, and shaping future agency offerings

Contribute ideas and insight to help Social St grow sustainably and effectively
About You

Proven experience in account management, ideally within an agency, influencer, or social-led environment

Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, creator marketing, and/or social commerce

Confident managing client relationships independently, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a lean, fast-paced setting

Commercially minded, with experience using data and performance metrics to guide decision-making

Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership without heavy oversight
