Role Summary

We’re seeking an ambitious and results-driven Aesthetic Sales Representative to join a dynamic team in the medical aesthetics sector. This role is ideal for someone passionate about combining sales expertise with strong relationship management in a clinically focused, customer-facing environment.

You’ll be responsible for driving sales across a portfolio of professional skincare and aesthetic treatment products, executing marketing strategies locally, and building meaningful partnerships with practitioners in the aesthetics industry.

Working within your assigned territory, you’ll engage directly with clinics, medical professionals, and key decision-makers to promote product ranges, deliver compelling presentations, and maximise market coverage.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Sales: Achieve sales objectives by actively promoting and selling key product ranges to healthcare and aesthetic professionals within the assigned territory.

Marketing Execution: Deliver and support the local implementation of national marketing initiatives, ensuring effective in-clinic promotion and product visibility.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with Aesthetic Nurses, Cosmetic Doctors, Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, Aestheticians, and other key decision-makers.

Territory Management: Plan and organise customer visits to ensure consistent coverage, aiming for a minimum of four quality calls per day.

Event Support: Assist with customer events, training sessions, and promotional activities to increase product awareness and strengthen partnerships.

Merchandising: Ensure product ranges are effectively presented and promoted in clinics to drive brand visibility and sales growth.

Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of territory activity, sales performance, and customer feedback.

Compliance & Reporting: Manage administrative and reporting responsibilities in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.

About You

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven sales experience within the medical aesthetics, pharmaceutical, or skincare industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong relationship-building and account management abilities

Highly organised with effective territory planning skills

Self-motivated and target-driven

Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Full UK driving licence
