They are now seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead the team responsible for driving growth and performance across key retail partnerships within the mass and specialty channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially-minded, data-driven, and relationship-focused professional to take ownership of account strategy, execution, and profitability for a growing beauty brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the full account strategy (short- and long-term) to deliver joint business plans, revenue, and profit growth.
Build and maintain strong retailer relationships, negotiating terms and driving win/win outcomes.
Lead forecasting, distribution, merchandising, and profitability to ensure healthy account performance.
Develop and present strategic sales plans, including monthly and quarterly reviews, supported by actionable data insights.
Partner cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to optimise execution.
Lead promotional planning, events, and sell-in strategies to maximise sales opportunities.
Monitor category and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities and strategic responses.
Build tools, reports, and processes that enhance forecasting, tracking, and decision-making.
Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects to inform leadership decisions.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
4+ years of sales experience, ideally within mass retail or specialty beauty.
Experience managing large retail accounts; Target experience strongly preferred.
Strong financial and commercial acumen, with proven P&L and budget management experience.
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and manage complex reporting tools.
Proficiency in Nielsen or similar data platforms to interpret insights and drive strategy.
Creative problem solver with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Hands-on, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills with a collaborative mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and project-management tools such as Asana.
10–15% travel required.
