Overview

We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead retail partnerships and drive international commercial growth for a high-growth beauty and wellness brand.

This role will be responsible for managing and expanding key retailer relationships while identifying new distribution opportunities across global markets. The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping the brand’s retail strategy, driving revenue growth, and building long-term partnerships with leading beauty retailers.

Working closely with senior leadership, marketing and operations teams, this position offers the opportunity to influence global expansion while leading strategic retail initiatives across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Sales Strategy

Develop and execute the global retail sales strategy to drive revenue growth across key markets.

Identify and secure new retail partnerships across the UK, Europe, North America and the Middle East.

Drive commercial performance across existing retail accounts while expanding distribution opportunities.

Key Retail Partnerships

Manage relationships with major retail partners and lead commercial negotiations.

Develop joint business plans with retail partners to maximise brand visibility and sales performance.

Collaborate with retailer teams on launches, promotions and in-store activations.

International Market Expansion

Identify high-potential markets and develop strategies for retail expansion.

Work closely with distributors and retail partners to support growth across international territories.

Ensure consistent brand positioning and commercial execution across global retail channels.

Commercial Leadership

Own sales forecasting, revenue targets and commercial performance reporting.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations and supply chain teams to support retail growth.

Provide strategic insight to senior leadership on market trends, retail performance and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

8–12+ years’ experience in sales within beauty, personal care, or consumer goods.

Proven experience managing and growing relationships with major beauty retailers.

Strong track record of driving international retail expansion.

Commercially driven with experience leading strategic retail partnerships.

Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

Experience working within high-growth or scaling consumer brands is highly advantageous.
