Our Client
We Are Refyne are exclusively partnered with a luxury fragrance distributor based in the Midlands, who are seeking a Finance Manger to join their thriving and expanding business. Working closely with the CEO, you will oversee full financial operations, ensuring efficient cost management, strategic financial planning and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Oversee annual budgets and forecasts.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements to present to the CEO.
Analyse financial performance and provide insights to the CEO.
Manage and overseeing the accurate and timely payment of employee wages.
Monitor key performance indicators such as production costs, overheads and inventory turnover.
Track and control production costs, material expenses, and labour overheads.
Oversee tax planning, filing, and compliance with government regulations.
Conducting regular audits.
Manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
Oversee working capital, including accounts payable/receivable and inventory financing.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement for the business.
You Are:
Analytically minded and problem solver.
Strong leader with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Organised, efficient and detail orientated.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or CIPD/ACCA Qualified.
Proven experience within a Finance Manager role.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and supply chain optimisation desirable.
