Overview
We are seeking a Finance Manager to join the London team of a rapidly expanding beauty and wellness business. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while supporting a growing portfolio of brands across multiple international markets.
The position will play a key role in financial operations, reporting, and process improvement, helping to strengthen financial controls and drive efficiency as the business continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
Own the month-end process and produce full management accounts.
Support the preparation of accurate financial reporting for leadership teams.
Assist with annual statutory reporting and audit processes.
Financial Operations
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, stock accounting, and general financial administration.
Support cash management and treasury activities.
Business Partnering
Partner with commercial teams to support P&L reviews and provide financial insight.
Work cross-functionally to support decision-making and business performance.
Compliance & Process Improvement
Manage UK and international VAT / Sales Tax compliance.
Strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial processes.
Drive improvements across financial systems and reporting frameworks.
Qualifications
ACA / ACCA / CIMA finalist or newly qualified.
4–7 years’ experience in finance, ideally within high-growth, FMCG, or consumer environments.
Strong technical accounting knowledge with hands-on operational finance experience.
Confident communicator able to collaborate effectively across teams.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary up to £65,000 plus benefits.
