I’m currently partnering with a high-growth, international beauty & wellness pure player to hire a Finance Manager into their London team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious, scaling consumer business with operations across the UK, North America and the Middle East. The role offers broad exposure and genuine impact, working closely with senior leadership and supporting a portfolio of growing brands.
The role will cover:
• Ownership of month-end and production of full management accounts
• Strengthening internal controls, policies and financial processes
• Oversight of AP/AR, stock accounting and financial administration
• Business partnering with commercial teams during P&L reviews
• Supporting audit and annual statutory reporting
• Managing UK and international VAT / Sales Tax compliance
• Cash management and treasury support
• Driving process improvements across systems and reporting
The ideal profile:
• ACA / ACCA / CIMA finalist or newly qualified
• 4–7 years’ experience, ideally within high-growth or FMCG/consumer environments
• Strong technical grounding with hands-on operational experience
• Confident communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally
• Organised, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling business
