I am working with a founder led beauty brand built around empowering people to feel confident in their natural skin and features through high-quality, ethical, vegan and cruelty-free products.
Responsibilities
- Own inventory forecasting and stock management to ensure optimal availability and minimise risk
- Oversee supplier relationships, production timelines, and logistics coordination
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Establish clear reporting structures and improve data visibility across operations
- Support margin optimisation and cost control initiatives
- Ensure strong cross-functional alignment between operations, marketing, finance, and commercial teams
You Are
- 2–4 years’ experience in operations, supply chain, or eCommerce operations
- Experience within a scaling consumer or beauty brand is highly desirable
- Highly organised, process-driven, and detail-oriented
- Commercially aware, with a strong understanding of margins and cost structures
- Comfortable operating in a founder-led, fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proactive, solution-focused, and execution-driven
