Overview

We are seeking a Senior Global Marketing Manager to play a central role in shaping and delivering the global brand and marketing strategy across all channels and international markets. Reporting into the Global Head of Marketing, Digital & Innovation, this role will lead the execution of integrated brand campaigns, global activations, and creative storytelling initiatives while overseeing trade marketing activity.

This is a highly visible position responsible for evolving the brand’s messaging hierarchy, creative direction, campaign toolkits, and global marketing calendar. The successful candidate will act as a senior brand guardian, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint while driving impactful marketing initiatives that strengthen global brand presence and commercial performance.

The role is ideally suited to a commercially minded, highly organised marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced SME environments and combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities
Global Brand Development

Partner with the Global Head of Marketing, Digital & Innovation to develop and execute the global brand strategy across all channels and markets.

Lead the development and evolution of the brand’s “Big Idea,” ensuring compelling storytelling and elevated consumer engagement across all touchpoints.

Own and evolve the Brand Visual Identity (BVI), Tone of Voice (TOV), and Consumer Driven Strategy (CDS).

Define and implement a clear global messaging hierarchy, continuously refining positioning based on consumer insight and campaign performance.

Lead creative direction across campaign development, including global stills and video assets from concept through to delivery.

Develop global campaign and launch toolkits including campaign objectives, copywriting, assets, taglines, and key consumer moments.

Act as a senior brand guardian, ensuring consistent and best-in-class brand execution globally.

Marketing Planning, Activation & PR

Develop and lead the annual global marketing plan and campaign calendar aligned to commercial priorities, new product launches, and key trading moments.

Lead cross-functional campaign planning and post-campaign reporting, driving continuous optimisation and application of learnings.

Manage the external PR agency relationship, ensuring all activity aligns with wider business and brand objectives.

Lead local marketing activations including influencer collaborations, strategic partnerships, beauty box initiatives, events, and sampling campaigns.

Trade Marketing & Channel Support

Support the Trade Marketing Manager in developing the global trade marketing strategy across retail, spa, and distributor channels.

Provide strategic oversight to ensure all trade activations align with wider campaign priorities and brand positioning.

Support the development of visual merchandising guidelines to ensure premium and consistent execution across all markets.

Budget Management & Leadership

Manage the global brand and marketing budget, ensuring effective investment allocation and strong return on investment.

Line manage and develop direct reports, setting clear objectives and supporting ongoing growth and performance.

Lead regular cross-functional marketing meetings to ensure alignment across brand, digital, trade, and commercial teams.

Present strategic plans and business updates to senior leadership and wider global teams.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience within brand and marketing roles, ideally within beauty, wellness, spa, or premium consumer brands operating in fast-paced SME environments.

Brand Strategy: Proven experience developing and executing global brand marketing strategies while balancing both international brand building and local activations.

Creative Leadership: Strong experience leading campaign development, creative asset production, agency management, and brand storytelling initiatives.

Commercial Acumen: Experience managing budgets, analysing performance metrics, and driving marketing ROI.

Copywriting & Messaging: Confident copywriter with the ability to shape compelling campaign messaging across multiple channels and audiences.

Retail & Distribution Exposure: Experience working with UK and international retail partners and distributor networks is highly advantageous.

Location Requirements: Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from the West London office location.
