Overview

We are seeking a Junior Ecommerce Digital Marketer to support performance marketing and ecommerce optimisation strategies for a rapidly scaling wellness brand based in London.

This is a commercially focused role responsible for supporting customer acquisition initiatives, improving website conversion performance, and contributing to the growth of the brand’s DTC ecommerce business. You will work closely with the Founder and wider growth team across paid social, CRO, content, and retention marketing initiatives.

This position suits someone who is highly motivated, commercially aware, and eager to develop their career within a fast-paced ecommerce and digital marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Ecommerce

Support the day-to-day management of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on Meta advertising
Assist with monitoring campaign performance and identifying optimisation opportunities
Support the development and testing of new acquisition channels, audiences, and marketing funnels
Contribute to improving website conversion rates through landing page and offer testing

CRO & Customer Journey Optimisation

Assist with A/B testing across website elements and customer journeys
Support optimisation initiatives to improve CVR, AOV, and customer retention
Contribute to email and SMS marketing campaigns and retention strategies
Help maintain a seamless and engaging ecommerce customer experience

Content & Influencer Collaboration

Work with influencers and creators on paid partnerships and seeding campaigns
Support the creation of UGC concepts, scripts, and ad creatives
Assist with writing and optimising ad copy and website messaging

Market & Commercial Support

Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and emerging opportunities
Provide insights on campaign performance and customer behaviour
Support wider growth initiatives and commercial projects across the business

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the Founder and internal teams to support business growth initiatives
Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and external partners where required
Support the organisation of marketing assets, reporting, and campaign tracking

Performance & Reporting

Track campaign performance and support reporting across key marketing metrics
Maintain organised reporting systems and marketing documentation
Identify opportunities for improvement across campaigns and ecommerce performance

Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years’ experience within digital marketing, ecommerce, or DTC brands
Basic understanding of Meta advertising platforms and paid social marketing
Knowledge of ecommerce conversion principles and customer journey optimisation
Familiarity with CRO testing methodologies and analytics tools is advantageous
Experience with influencer or UGC campaigns is desirable
Proficiency with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools is a plus
Passion for wellness, skincare, supplements, or consumer brands is highly beneficial
