Overview

This position is ideal for a versatile designer who works confidently across digital and print. You’ll support the development of campaigns, content, and core brand assets, helping transform ideas into high-quality visual work. A strong eye for detail and the ability to balance creative thinking with precise execution will be key to keeping everything aligned with the brand’s look and feel.

Key Responsibilities

•    Produce creative assets for digital-first platforms such as websites, email campaigns, paid media, and social channels.
•    Adapt and optimise designs for different platforms while ensuring the brand identity remains consistent.
•    Use Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite to create high-quality, well-executed digital outputs.
•    Create refined print materials with strong attention to layout, typography, and visual detail.
•    Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork suitable for external print suppliers.
•    Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship across all printed brand materials.
•    Assist with the rollout of campaigns across multiple channels alongside the Brand and Marketing teams.
•    Design and adapt campaign assets for digital, social, and print formats.
•    Ensure consistency in visual style and messaging across all campaign touchpoints.
•    Work with internal stakeholders to understand project goals, requirements, and deadlines.
•    Manage several projects at the same time within a fast-paced working environment.
•    Balance efficiency and quality while responding constructively to feedback.

You Are

•    Demonstrated experience working as a Senior Designer in a hands-on, integrated creative role.
•    Strong expertise across both digital and print design, with confidence in typography, layout, and production processes.
•    Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; After Effects or similar tools are beneficial).
•    Ability to produce basic motion or animated assets for digital channels.
•    Strong attention to detail with a focus on high-quality creative execution.
•    Well organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
