Overview

A fast-growing consumer wellness brand is entering an exciting D2C growth phase in 2026. The business is scaling content, reactivating paid performance, growing subscriptions, and strengthening its brand presence.

They are hiring a Marketing Manager to own day-to-day D2C execution and coordinate external partners to deliver high-impact growth.

Role Purpose

Execute the company’s D2C marketing strategy across content, social, CRM, paid media, partnerships, website and campaigns, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery that drives revenue, retention and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the monthly content calendar and oversee the social media agency, approving all content.
  • Manage UGC sourcing and creator briefs for ads and organic content; drive performance across TikTok, Instagram and TikTok Shop.
  • Own weekly newsletters and CRM planning, briefing and managing the email freelancer on campaigns and automated flows.
  • Manage the Meta ads specialist, aligning creative testing and weekly optimisation.
  • Oversee website updates, landing pages, merchandising and CRO, working with the web developer to deliver improvements.
  • Coordinate brand partnerships, influencer outreach and community initiatives alongside agency partners.
  • Support subscription growth through improved activation and reduced churn, working closely with Customer Service insights.
  • Grow TikTok Shop affiliate sales through creator activation and manage briefs for paid editorial and affiliate-style coverage.
  • Execute D2C campaigns end-to-end and produce weekly/monthly performance reports across channels.
  • Provide ongoing management and support to a Marketing Executive.

Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of D2C marketing experience (experience in consumer or wellness brands is a plus).
  • Strong organisation, communication and project management skills.
  • Strong social and content execution experience.
  • Experience with Meta/Google Ads and managing specialist partners.
  • UGC and influencer marketing experience.
  • Experience with CRM/email marketing.
