Our client is seeking a motivated and dynamic Education Associate – Field Recruitment to support talent acquisition and field recruitment initiatives. This role is ideal for an organized, people-focused professional passionate about education, recruitment, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with field recruitment managers to identify, attract, and onboard high-quality candidates.
Represent the brand at industry events, schools, and community gatherings to increase visibility and generate interest.
Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, managing communications, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Assist in the development of recruitment campaigns, presentations, and materials that highlight career opportunities.
Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights to improve outreach and hiring processes.
Support the broader education and training team by ensuring new recruits are seamlessly integrated into learning programs.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, education, or community engagement preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for education, talent development, and building meaningful professional relationships.
