Overview
As Operations Manager, you will play a senior leadership role within a growing, customer-focused organisation operating across multiple sites. This is an opportunity to join a premium business where people, experience, and quality are central to success.

Key Responsibilities
Multi-Site Operations - Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations, driving consistency, efficiency, and strong brand alignment while empowering teams to deliver standout experiences.
Leadership & Team Development - Lead, coach, and motivate managers and frontline teams in busy, customer-facing environments, building a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance.
Customer Experience & Brand Delivery - Act as the custodian of the brand experience, ensuring exceptional service, atmosphere, and attention to detail across every site, always looking for ways to raise the bar.
Recruitment, Workforce Planning & Retention - Own recruitment and workforce planning to ensure teams are well resourced, engaged, and retained in a competitive talent market.
Operational Systems & Continuous Improvement - Introduce and refine scalable systems and processes that support growth while protecting quality and customer experience.
Stock, Suppliers & Cost Control - Manage suppliers, stock, and ordering to ensure availability, efficiency, and tight cost control across all locations.
Health, Safety & Compliance - Maintain robust health, safety, and compliance standards, embedding best practice and confidence across teams.
Commercial Performance & KPIs - Monitor and analyse performance across sites, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction in partnership with senior leadership.
About You
Proven experience in a senior operational role within a multi-site business, ideally from hospitality, retail, luxury, or premium customer-focused brands
A confident, credible leader experienced in managing large teams in fast-paced, service-led environments
Strong commercial awareness, with experience using KPIs and data to drive performance
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused, with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on leadership
An excellent communicator who builds trust, motivates teams, and leads with empathy
