Overview
We are seeking an International Brand Manager to support the growth and performance of the brand across international markets.
Reporting into the International Marketing function, this role will play a key part in managing distributor relationships, supporting global brand strategy, coordinating product launches, and delivering impactful marketing initiatives across multiple territories.
The successful candidate will combine strong brand management capability with excellent stakeholder management skills, helping to drive brand consistency, market performance, and long-term international growth.

Key Responsibilities
Distributor Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and commercial priorities.
Act as the primary marketing contact for distributor partners, providing ongoing support and guidance.
Attend distributor meetings, review local marketing activations, and provide feedback, assets, and toolkits to support market execution.
Ensure all distributor activity complies with brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Monitor distributor marketing performance and ensure activity remains aligned with wider business strategy.
Collaborate with internal Sales and Marketing teams to communicate brand positioning, campaign priorities, and key messaging.
Brand & Marketing Strategy
Support the development and execution of international marketing strategies to optimise brand performance across global markets.
Contribute market insights and brand perspectives to wider international growth plans.
Lead product launches and promotional initiatives in partnership with distributors to ensure successful market entry and execution.
Develop and deliver tailored brand presentations, NPD launches, and campaign materials for key international markets.
Content, Communications & Training
Create press releases and launch communications for new product introductions.
Develop creative briefs for photography, content creation, and international marketing assets.
Produce internal marketing communications, sharing best practice examples and success stories from global markets.
Deliver engaging product and brand training sessions for both internal stakeholders and distributor partners.
Brand Performance & Market Insights
Monitor brand activity across international markets and identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
Analyse market performance, campaign effectiveness, and distributor execution to support continuous improvement.
Provide reporting and insights to support decision-making and future marketing initiatives.
Support forecasting, planning, and strategic development through market and performance analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Creative, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment across international markets.
Act as a key point of contact between distributor partners and internal stakeholders.
Support the delivery of wider business objectives through effective project management and collaboration.
Experience
Minimum 2+ years' experience within Brand Management, Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Distributor Management.
Experience working within consumer goods, beauty, personal care, wellness, FMCG, or related industries is highly desirable.
Proven experience managing distributor relationships and supporting commercial growth objectives.
Experience coordinating product launches, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives across multiple markets.
Strong understanding of brand positioning, market dynamics, and international marketing principles.
Technical & Analytical Skills
Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
Experience producing marketing content, presentations, press releases, and campaign materials.
Proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.
Comfortable analysing performance data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
