The Opportunity The Senior Brand Manager will own brand strategy and execution across the portfolio, working cross-functionally to bring campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives to life while building a strong, consistent brand identity across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Own brand strategy and positioning, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches
- Partner with Creative, Marketing, and Ecommerce to develop compelling campaigns
- Manage brand budgets and track marketing ROI against key brand health metrics
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Build and manage relationships with external agencies and partners
- Present brand performance and strategic recommendations to leadership
- Mentor and develop junior brand team members
Ideal Background
- 5+ years of brand management experience within beauty, personal care, or consumer goods
- Proven track record leading successful product launches and brand campaigns
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into brand strategy
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
