About Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing haircare brand built on culture, community, and results, scaling across DTC, TikTok Shop, retail, and experiential channels. As they grow, they're looking for a highly disciplined Project Manager to drive end-to-end execution across new product development and marketing campaigns.
The Opportunity
The Project Manager will own projects from concept through launch, spanning both new product development and marketing campaign execution, ensuring timelines are accurate, teams are aligned, and nothing is missed in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution for new product development (concept through formulation, packaging, and launch) and marketing campaigns (sales, seasonal launches, retail activations)
- Manage the full NPD lifecycle, coordinating across R&D, Ops, Supply Chain, Brand, and manufacturers
- Lead structured project kickoffs, ensuring full scope is defined and validated before execution begins
- Build and maintain detailed timelines, managing critical path and dependencies across teams
- Ensure products and campaigns are fully launch-ready across DTC, retail, and media
- Identify risks early, communicate proactively, and present solutions before deadlines are impacted
- Track and coordinate all creative and product assets through to final approval
- Maintain clear, organised communication and documentation across all cross-functional stakeholders
Ideal Background
- PMP certification required
- 4–7+ years of project management experience in fast-paced environments
- Experience managing both New Product Development and marketing campaigns
- Experience in beauty, CPG, or ecommerce preferred
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Monday.com preferred)
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
