About Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing skincare brand scaling across multiple retail and DTC channels. As demand accelerates, they're looking for a Head of Supply Chain to build a resilient, efficient supply chain function that can keep pace with rapid growth.
The Opportunity
The Head of Supply Chain will own end-to-end supply chain strategy, from demand planning and procurement through manufacturing coordination, logistics, and inventory management, ensuring product is always available to meet growing customer demand without compromising quality or margin.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end supply chain strategy, from raw materials through to finished goods delivery
- Lead demand planning and forecasting to balance stock availability against working capital
- Manage relationships with manufacturers, co-packers, and third-party logistics providers
- Oversee procurement strategy, negotiating with suppliers to optimise cost, quality, and lead times
- Build scalable inventory management processes across DTC and wholesale/retail channels
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risk, including single points of failure and capacity constraints
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Ecommerce to align supply with demand
- Implement systems and reporting to give leadership real-time visibility into inventory and fulfilment performance
- Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team as the function scales
Ideal Background
- Proven experience leading supply chain functions within a high-growth DTC or omnichannel beauty/skincare brand
- Strong background in demand planning, procurement, and logistics management
- Experience managing manufacturer and 3PL relationships at scale
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
