International Brand Manager

We are partnered with a brand that is a well-established business that has been in the game for decades! With several well-known brands under their belt, they are going from strength to strength!

Responsibilities:

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure alignment with brand objectives.

·      Serve as the primary Marketing point of contact for distributors, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing support.

·      Develop and implement marketing strategies to optimize brand reach and performance.

·      Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to communicate brand positioning and key messaging to distributors.

·      Ensure that distributors comply with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand image across all touchpoints.

·      Monitor distributor marketing efforts to ensure they align with the brand’s strategy and standards.

·      Conduct regular meetings with International Sales teams, providing feedback and actionable insights for key International markets.

·      Prepare and deliver tailored NPD, brand and campaign marketing presentations for key international markets to ensure distribution partners and 3rd party sales teams are confident in our overall brand strategy.

·      Research and identify new market opportunities within assigned territories.

·      Lead product launches and promotions in collaboration with distributors to ensure successful market entry.

·      Conduct engaging training and resources to distributors’ sales teams to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

You Have:

·      2+ years of experience in brand management, sales, or distribution management.

·      Proven track record of managing distributor relationships and achieving sales targets.

·      Strong understanding of market dynamics, sales processes, and brand positioning.

·      Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·      Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, CRM software, or BI platforms.

·      Ability to travel frequently to meet with distributors and oversee market activities.
