- Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement retail marketing strategies aligned with overall brand objectives, focusing on enhancing product visibility and increasing sales at key retail partners.
- Plan and execute retail-specific marketing campaigns, promotions, and events, ensuring they are aligned with the brand's overall vision and seasonal product launches.
- Conduct regular market research to monitor retail trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity. Provide insights to optimise trade marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using KPIs such as sales performance, consumer engagement, and ROI.
You can:
- Manage the retail marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively across campaigns, events, and partner collaborations.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize the use of retail shelf space across key retail partners, ensuring our skincare and haircare products are placed effectively to enhance visibility and sales.
- 5+ years of experience in retail/trade marketing, with a focus on shelf space optimisation, retail merchandising, and product placement, ideally within the skincare or haircare industry.
- Strong creative mindset to design compelling, in-store experiences that drive consumer engagement and enhance brand visibility.
- Ability to analyse retail data to understand market trends, consumer behaviour, and sales performance.
