Refyne is working with a leading beauty & cosmetics distributor who are making waves through the UK & International markets creating huge partnerships with retailers such as Boots, Sephora, Superdrug, Clicks & Ulta.
Due to huge growth, they are expanding their vibrant marketing team and are now looking for an eager Brand Manager to join them.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the overall company vision and goals, ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analyse consumer trends to identify opportunities and develop targeted marketing strategies that resonate with our audience.
- Create engaging product copy and descriptions for web and packaging.
- Support the marketing team in the ideation, development, and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns, including digital, social, influencer, retail, and experiential activations.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations.
- Work closely with the product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure the successful launch of new products and the ongoing evolution of the brand.
You Are:
- Experience in brand marketing, ideally within the Beauty, Cosmetics, or FMCG.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling narratives and presentations.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Highly self-motivated and eager to learn and develop within the marketing department.
