Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales (based anywhere in the UK) to lead a high-performing commercial team within a portfolio of premium professional beauty and aesthetics brands.

This senior leadership role is pivotal to driving revenue growth, building strong customer partnerships, and shaping the commercial direction of the business. Working closely with marketing, education, and customer service functions, you will guide a field-based sales team to exceed targets, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and strengthen the presence of each brand across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Development

Lead, coach, and inspire a team of field-based sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.

Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular one-to-one and team development sessions.

Foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture focused on consultative and value-based selling.

Conduct regular field visits and provide ongoing feedback, mentoring, and guidance to ensure execution excellence.

Strategic & Commercial Management

Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with overall business goals.

Drive sales performance across a multi-brand portfolio, balancing growth across product categories and market segments.

Maintain oversight of key sales metrics, ensuring team accountability through structured reporting and CRM management (Salesforce preferred).

Identify new business opportunities, open new accounts, and manage the sales funnel to ensure sustainable pipeline growth.

Customer Relationship Management

Support the team in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.

Lead joint business planning and quarterly performance reviews with top-tier accounts.

Serve as the senior point of contact for strategically significant customers, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with marketing, education, and customer service teams to deliver impactful campaigns, in-clinic activations, and promotional initiatives.

Contribute feedback and insights to refine marketing programs, product launches, and promotional strategies.

Collaborate on identifying and developing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), rising talent, and flagship clinics.

Market Insight & Business Development

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform commercial strategies.

Provide timely and actionable insights to leadership, contributing to overall business planning.

Represent the sales function at internal and external meetings, industry events, and strategic presentations.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 10 years’ experience in field-based, consultative B2B sales, ideally within professional beauty, aesthetics, or related industries.

Proven track record in developing, motivating, and leading high-performing sales teams.

Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of P&L impacts and growth drivers.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.

Skilled influencer and negotiator with experience managing cross-functional relationships.

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred.
