About the Role

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and clients, ensuring they receive an outstanding experience across email, phone and ticketing systems. You’ll manage enquiries, resolve issues with empathy and efficiency, and contribute to improving processes as the organisation continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional service by handling patient and client enquiries across multiple communication channels

Resolve issues quickly, professionally and with empathy

Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment

Support internal process improvements to enhance service delivery

Candidate Profile

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

An excellent communicator - confident on the phone and skilled at writing professional emails

Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks at once

A proactive problem solver, adaptable to fast-changing situations

Tech capable (experience with Zendesk or similar systems is ideal, but not essential)

Aware of data confidentiality and comfortable working with sensitive patient information

Ambitious and growth-driven, with a desire to progress as the organisation expands
