As they scale across DTC, Amazon, retail, wholesale, and international markets, they're building the infrastructure required to support the next stage of growth.
The Opportunity
The Director of Supply Chain will own the company's end to end upstream supply chain, spanning demand and supply planning, procurement, contract manufacturing, inventory, supplier management, and cost optimization. This is a builder role for someone who anticipates problems before they occur, creates structure where it doesn't exist, and maintains clear visibility into the company's supply position at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve end to end supply chain strategy across sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, and distribution
- Own the consensus demand and supply plan across DTC, Amazon, retail, wholesale, and international channels, leading the S&OP process
- Own procurement governance, including purchase order management and approval controls
- Lead contract manufacturer and supplier selection, negotiation, and performance management
- Own inventory strategy and working capital efficiency across all SKUs, channels, and locations
- Drive continuous supply chain cost optimisation across manufacturing, materials, and freight
- Own supply chain readiness for retail partners and new product launches
- Lead supply chain readiness for international expansion, including the UK, Canada, and EU
- Build, lead, and develop a high performing supply chain organisation
Ideal Background
- 8 to 12+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including leadership within a fast growth CPG organisation
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling supply chain infrastructure in a rapidly growing business
- Deep hands on experience across demand planning, procurement, contract manufacturing, and supplier management
- Experience supporting omnichannel businesses across DTC, retail, wholesale, and Amazon FBA/FBM
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of COGS, working capital, and margin
- Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP platforms preferred
- Experience within beauty, haircare, or personal care preferred
